I moved to a new room, and the internet is not working

First, you have to modify your room number in your profile menu. Please see the "format of the room numbers" section there.
If you also changed the way that you computer connects to the network, please read this article: I have a new device (or just changed between Wi-Fi and cable) and it's not working....

After any modification in the registration you have to wait 10 minutes, then you must restart your computer in order to get it working.
