If your MAC address or room number has changed and you modified it under IP addresses, and Account settings
, wait 10 minutes, then restart your computer.
Report problems only when you experience connection problems after restarting!
We will process submitted problem reports as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the answer, and you can view it on our website after logging in so you will be able to read it even if you can't reach your inbox.
